Cancellation Policy

Single Virtual Meeting Policy Service Overview: This agreement covers a one-time virtual consultation or support meeting conducted via a secure video conferencing platform. The meeting is intended to provide guidance, feedback, or support related to the professional services offered by ClearPath Behavior Solutions. Scheduling and Duration: The meeting must be scheduled using the provided online calendar link. Sessions are typically 50 minutes in length unless otherwise specified. Please arrive on time. Sessions will end promptly at the scheduled time, regardless of late arrival. Payment and Refund Policy: Payment is required in full at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to transfer your payment to a new date. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the session and fee. Privacy and Confidentiality: All sessions are conducted in accordance with HIPAA and professional ethics standards. If required, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) will be provided prior to the session for entities sharing PHI. Extension of Services: Additional sessions may be scheduled at any time and are subject to separate agreements. This single meeting does not establish an ongoing provider-client relationship. Technology Requirements: A stable internet connection, webcam, and microphone are required. Please test your equipment before the session. If technical difficulties prevent the session from taking place, the provider will offer one opportunity to reschedule.
