Cancellation Policy

Full Workshop Attendance Policy – 6-Week Series Thank you for registering for ClearPath Behavior’s 6-week workshop series! This engaging, CEU-eligible program is designed to build momentum each week through collaboration, practical tools, and professional growth. Please review the following policy to ensure a smooth and successful experience: 🗓️ Attendance & Participation Participants are encouraged to attend all 6 sessions live to benefit from the full learning experience and group collaboration. Sessions will include interactive components, breakout discussions, and implementation planning — your participation makes a difference! Missed a session? You may still receive CEUs if: You notify us in advance and View the recorded session within 7 days, and Complete the post-session participation and knowledge check (if required). 🎓 CEU Eligibility Up to 6 CEUs may be earned by attending all sessions (1 CEU per week). CEUs are provided through ClearPath Behavior Solutions, a ACE-authorized provider. To receive CEUs, participants must: Attend live or complete required make-up tasks (as noted above), Sign in/out (if attending live), Actively participate and complete any session check-ins or follow-ups. 💲 Refund Policy Full refunds are available if requested at least 7 days before the first session. 50% refunds are available if requested within 3 days of the first session. No refunds will be issued once the workshop has begun unless: The series is canceled by ClearPath Behavior, or Exceptional circumstances arise (evaluated case-by-case). 📚 Access to Materials & Recordings Registered participants receive: All printable materials, tools, and templates, Access to session recordings (posted weekly), Ongoing support via discussion boards or follow-up resources, if applicable. Recordings are for registered participants only and may not be shared or reproduced.
